39TH PENINSULA CO-OP SANTA LIGHT PARADE PRESENTED BY CHEK TV

Santa Light Parade
The much loved parade is the Miracle on Government Street and kicks off Christmas on the Westcoast ! This year, together with the IEOA truck convoy and Esquimalt Light Parade we are working together as a community to Light Up The City! We will be extending the parade route a few blocks for 2021 as recommended by our friends at Vancouver Island Health Authority. Masks are recommended but not mandatory and we ask that this year, take the time to respect each other, be kind, be polite and enjoy the event together.

39TH PENINSULA CO-OP SANTA LIGHT PARADE PRESENTED BY CHEK TV

November 27, 2021 530pm starting at Belleville and Government Street

The Greater Victoria Festival Society is also bringing back the “Light Up The City” campaign from November 15 through December 31, 2021, with winners in each ‘core’ municipality. We want everyone to enjoy the glow of Christmas and we could not think of a better way than to ask everyone to show us their spirit and decorate with lights! Our sponsors will be hosting “Pictures with Santa” on selective dates!

THANK YOU to everyone who participated in our Dance Across Victoria collaboration. With the year we’ve had it is important to stay positive, connected, and motivated and with Dance Across Victoria we wanted to show just how resilient our community really is.

If you see yourself in the video, please SHARE it with your friends on social media and tag us in each post!

Nothing on the horizon, sorry!
